DESCRIPTION:Join Cat Allen for a 30-minute yoga class\, 10:30am-11:00am\, designed for pregnant and postpartum people. The aim of this beginner-friendly sequence will be to help you feel steadiness\, stress relief\, and freedom within your body. Bring a yoga mat. \nThis yoga class is FREE and will kick off the 19th annual B.I.R.T.H. Fair in Houston\, Texas. Entry to B.I.R.T.H. Fair is free for everyone. It is a day filled with presentations on all things birth\, postpartum\, and parenting. It is on Saturday\, October 29th\, 10:30am-4:00pm.  \nFrom the B.I.R.T.H. website: \nB.I.R.T.H. is a non-profit organization of parents\, midwives\, physicians\, childbirth educators\, doulas\, professional labor support and lactation consultants . \nWe are working to create the emergence of a Houston community which promotes healthy\, natural and safe birth for mothers and babies by providing access to information and resources in person\, in print and on-line. We encourage high standards and provide a support network for Houston’s birth community.
