You’ll be provided with scripts in the handouts to aid you in offering them to your clients. The shamanic journeys and visualizations work really well for intent setting at the beginning of an asana class, in savasana at the end of class, and individually on their own any time they feel appropriate. Pregnancy and childbirth are extraordinary rites of passage for all who walk through this profound psychic gateway. The medicalization of birth has eradicated awareness around birth as a rite of passage but the soul still wants and needs ceremony and ritual to thrive. Bridget is a former medical malpractice litigation attorney, trained in Forrest Yoga (former Guardian), DONA trained doula, 4 Winds shaman.

This workshop is a game-changer for yoga/movement teachers, birth workers, providers, and pregnant and postpartum people. It is part of the 85-Hour Poppy Perinatal Yoga Training, but you do not have to be in the training to take this workshop. Qualifies for CECs with Yoga Alliance.
