Once you graduate from a Poppy Training, you can participate in live Poppy classes via Zoom at no charge. (Click on the “Links to Recordings” for details on how to register for the live class via Zoom.) Each class is either a pregnancy or postpartum yoga class. Pregnancy options will be offered during the postpartum yoga classes if you let Cat Allen know 24 hours ahead of time. If you miss a live class, the recording is available here for 48 hours before it is published on www.mat2mat.com/channels/poppy/.

For graduates of the Poppy Training who would like to be listed in the yoga teacher public directory. You can edit your contact information, biography, and image.
