POPPY PERINATAL YOGA SCHOOL GRADUATES

Lidith Ramos (E-RYT 200, YACEP) is an experienced yoga instructor focused in Forrest, Vinyasa, Restorative and Poppy Perinatal Yoga. During her 16 years journey as an instructor she has worked with yogis of all ages in a wide variety of settings including kids yoga at schools, with at-risk teenagers at non-profit organizations, chair yoga at elderly centers, regular mixed levels classes at yoga studios and gyms, and local and international yoga workshops. Besides her weekly classes, she offers continuing education trainings for yoga instructors, co-leads Yoga Teacher Trainings and hosts yoga retreats. She has been a recurrent resource for yoga related articles in major nationwide newspapers, and when not teaching she is either on her massage therapist duties or behind a camera. With the keen eye of a photographer she observes her students’ practice reading where they’re at and how can she assist them in their processes. Her classes are fun, challenging, focused on alignment and, intelligent and safe sequencing. Using breath as the vehicle to ride the wave of intensity, she hopes that students will this way discover new horizons within themselves.
